Shipping times:
Local orders take 1 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 3 business days.
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
For all apparel and merch, they will ship out from our facility in the U.S. or Latvia and will be within Europe, Canada and the United States within 5-7 business days. For destinations outside these regions, it may take slightly longer.
For products leaving Lebanon, it may take longer due to the available infrastructure and logistics. We appreciate your patience.
If ordering multiple products, we may ship your order in different deliveries depending on where we have it stored and the quickest time. This is to reduce costs and get your products to you quicker. Don't worry if you don't see all your order delivered at once.
Shipping cost:
Some items include free shipping. Sometimes we will absorb the cost of shipping or we'll share it with you. We are working on significantly reducing shipping costs and time, especially for products out of Lebanon. Please be patient with us and we set this up.
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-days Return & Exchange Policy:
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund. Please email us pictures/videos showing the damage within 24 hours of delivery
Timing: we have a 14-day Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
For any products sold by independent vendors, policy may be different.
For returns, please email shop@the961.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
We may not be able to make changes to your order after 2 hours of the order being placed. Our system is automated and we process orders as soon as we get them to make sure there are no delays.
